HISTORIC BLITHEDALE CANYON
As featured in Marin Magazine, this recently finished project for a repeat client consisted of the complete renovation of a century-old residence in the historic Blithedale Canyon neighborhood of Mill Valley. The existing home had suffered from years of neglect and from a series of ‘re-muddles’ that had stripped the residence of its original charm.
A reconfigured floor plan, new kitchen and baths, increased closet space, and custom windows and doors imbued the residence with modern functionality; while the re-creation of period-appropriate trim and details restored the residence’s vintage character.
